Our work force is gender sensitive and inclusive there in meeting the needs and demands of the diverse clients in the market and providing them with satisfying outcomes of professional engagement.

Legal (Trainings & Workshops)

We as a firm are also engaged in conducting workshops which are legal and sensitize audience in the areas of Gender Equality, Gender Neutrality, Prevention of Sexual Harassment and lastly the LGBTQIA community. We disseminate information on law/policies and with regards to educating women and children on corporate levels and otherwise in community to help them understand the system better and approach the same with confidence.

Workplace Inclusion

We also conduct legal workshops on Diversity & Inclusion for corporates which deal with majorly inclusion related aspects as to how to make your workplace more inclusive by training the senior faculty on the benefits of the same and how it increases productivity and outcome. We do a lot of different forms of sub modules under this to train corporates legally.

Gender Neutrality

Gender Neutrality at workplace from a policy perspective how they help in training the staff better and how such legal policies help in overall growth of the organisation etc. How millennials co relate to the same and having gender neutral policies can help the organisation.

Prevention of sexual harassment

We at the firm believe in upholding rights of women and have a specialised team of lawyers who are experts in crime against women and talk on the issues. We specialize in Sexual harassment at corporate workplaces from a policy point of view and the role of ICC (Internal Complaints Committee) and how it should operate etc.

We also train the interns and the other staff on the same as to what policies need to be in place and the code of conduct. Government redressal program for women working in private sector visiting the Government offices for work and how they face harassment by govt officials etc.
